Back for the 5th year, we present the annual LOOP NOLA Trick or Treat Treasure Hunt!
Never gone trick-or-treating through wooded trails in City Park? Here’s your chance for a family friendly adventure you’re sure to remember. And stick around after the adventure for our new and improved Fall Festival!
Alas, in the past year the high seas of City Park have been overtaken by aquatic invasive species. We thought we’d won the battle, but it rages on for another year. We have revamped our land-based strategy, and we’re back for another pirating adventure!
Join us as we search for treasure and solve the Couturie Conundrum!
After solving last year’s mystery, we learned of more treasure buried in the woods of City Park. Join us this Halloween as we discover pirate lore and hunt for lost treasure in the woods of Couturie Forest.
Come test your pirating skills and reap the sugary rewards!
Families receive a map and set off to find where spooky characters have hidden their candy troves. Costumes are encouraged! All experience levels and ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The Treasure Hunt lasts around 45 minutes, followed by a Fall Festival with games, activities, campfire s’mores, food, and beverages available for purchase.
Tickets include treasure map and treats along the Treasure Hunt. Cost is $30 for 1 child or $40 for 2 children.

The following guidelines are used to keep all participants safe:
Candy is in sealed “treasure” packets for participant (and wildlife) safety
Hand sanitizer and sunscreen are available for use
Children must be accompanied by an adult
The 2024 dates are October 26th and 27th.

Things to Remember
Sign waivers via confirmation email for each participant (including adults) before arriving.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
This is an alcohol, drug, and tobacco free event.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Costumes encouraged!
