Outdoor Education Internship program
LOOP NOLA’s Outdoor Education Internship Program is a fun way for teens to gain professional, technical, and leadership experience through local outdoor adventures.
This is a semester-based program open to students from high schools in the Greater New Orleans area. The fall semester starts in August and runs until December. The spring semester starts in January and runs until May. Interns have the option of participating in just one semester or applying for multiple semesters. Applications for the fall semester opens in August and applications for the spring semester open in January.
Youth will develop leadership and career readiness skills through seminars and experiential learning opportunities. This is a paid internship program and developed in partnership with our nonprofit friends at The 18th Ward.
